The Relationship Reset
Couples Therapy Intensive
A deep-dive, accelerated approach to heal relationship wounds and find your way back to each other.
You've worked on your relationship.
Something still isn't shifting.
If you're stuck having the same fight on repeat, caught in a dynamic that feels toxic, or walking around anxious about where things stand, you're not alone.
Relationship Reset is a structured, short-term path out of that. We break the pattern, calm things down, and rebuild what's underneath it, without asking you to commit to open-ended weekly therapy forever.
Relationship Reset is a structured, short-term path to break negative patterns, calm emotional storms, and rebuild the foundation of your connection, without committing to open-ended weekly therapy forever.
Who The Relationship Reset is for
The Relationship Reset is designed for couples who see themselves in at least one of these:
You feel more like roommates or co-managers than partners.
Things changed after the baby: exhaustion, postpartum shifts, losing yourselves in "just parents" mode.
You're navigating step-parenting or blending families, and it's stirring up old fault lines around loyalty, discipline, or whose side you're on.
There's been betrayal or infidelity, and you're not sure repair is even possible, or what it would take.
You keep having the same fight in a different outfit, no matter how many times you've promised "we won't do this again."
One of you is carrying most of the emotional weight while the other feels constantly criticized or shut out.
Intimacy has faded, or feels unsafe, and neither of you knows how to reach for the other without starting something.
You still care. You're not ready to give up. You just don't know how to get back to being a team.
My Approach
PACT
Psychobiological Approach to Couple Therapy
In these restorative intensives, we're not running through a checklist of techniques. We stay anchored in secure functioning: how you two are actually wired, how your nervous systems react when things get hard, and how you find your way back toward each other instead of further apart.
PACT treats a couple as one biological unit: two nervous systems reading each other constantly, whether you're aware of it or not. So instead of picking apart last week's fight from memory, we work with what's happening between you right now, in the room — the eye contact, the tone that shifts mid-sentence, the moment one of you leans in and the other pulls back. That's the real material. Rehashing an old argument tells me less than watching how you two are with each other for thirty seconds.
As your bodies settle and your nervous systems come back online, things open up. Sometimes you'll see each other differently in the middle of a session, not after you've had time to think it over. That's the point, not talking about your relationship from a distance, but actually being in it while someone helps you notice what's happening as it happens.
By the end, you'll know each other in a way that's hard to reach on your own, and you'll walk out with something more useful than insight about last week's fight, you'll have a way to catch the next one before it spirals.
You are going to learn more about each other, work through conflict, and discover the true meaning and purpose of your relationship, right in the therapy room.
What the “Relationship Reset” looks like from the first call to the last session.
What happens at your free consultation
Before anything starts, we talk.
On that first call, I'm listening for how each of you is wired — your attachment history, how your nervous system reacts under stress, and the ways you've each been trying, even if it hasn't worked, to protect the relationship and yourselves.
I'll ask what's helped, and what keeps landing you back in the same painful spot. I'll also explain how I use PACT to help couples move toward secure functioning, the place where you both feel safer, more seen, and actually on the same team.
By the time we hang up, we'll have a shared picture of what you want out of this. Everything after is built around that.
Before your session
While you're filling out intake paperwork, I'm already building your session plan.
That means thinking through your attachment styles, how each of you tends to get activated, and which PACT tools will help you experience each other differently instead of just talking about what's wrong — again.
By the time you walk in the door (or log on), I already have a map: where your relationship tends to go off track, how each of you copes, and how to use our time to support both of you and the relationship itself.
During your extended session
We start by getting to know each other in a way you probably never have.
That means going back to before you were a couple. family history, attachment wounds, whatever survival strategies you each picked up along the way, and connecting those to what happens between you now, in the middle of a fight or a shutdown. You start to see how much of the story you tell about each other is really about your nervous systems.
Then we get active. Instead of talking about the last argument, we slow down and watch it happen live , the eye contact, the tone shift, who moves toward and who pulls back. I'll coach you both toward secure functioning: fairness, sensitivity, cooperation. Not performing "nicer." Actually building a new reflex.
By the end, we've named what needs to shift to build a steadier foundation. You leave with agreements you can actually use — not a to-do list, but something you'll take home and live inside.
Monthly Check-In sessions
After the intensive, we meet monthly , or more if you need it, for as long as it's useful.
Think of these as tune-ups. We check how your new agreements are holding up against real life, where old patterns are pulling you back in, and what needs reinforcing.
Formats and Pricing
Choose the container that fits what you are bringing.
Format is not one-size-fits-all.
We talk through which option makes sense during your pre-intensive consultation, so the time is matched to the work rather than the other way around.

Take the next step
A consultation call is where we figure out whether a restorative intensive is the right fit, what format makes sense, and what this work would actually look like for your relationship. No pressure, no commitment. Just an honest conversation about where you are and what might actually help.
